Meet the Management
Patti Penny - Owner & Founder
Patti Penny founded Penmac Personnel in 1988, established its headquarters in Springfield, MO and oversaw the firm’s expansion to 49 offices and on-site locations in six states. Prior to starting Penmac, Ms. Penny had extensive career experience in human resources, working seventeen years at Lily Tulip Cup Corporation and ten years at St. John’s Regional Health Center.
While working to promote the growth of Penmac, Ms. Penny has also been active in many community organizations, including chair of the Missouri Training and Employment Council, member of the Missouri Chamber of Commerce, and the Associate Industries of Missouri, member and past president of Springfield Public Schools Board of Education and the Region 10 Missouri School Boards Association, as well as been a member of the Board of Directors for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and the Safety Council of the Ozarks.
Paula Adams - President
Paula Adams has served as president of Penmac since 2005. Since joining Penmac in 1995, Paula has held positions as Vice-President and Assistant Placement Manager, and has worked in the transportation and promotions departments.
Paula previously served as a member and president of Republic R-3 School Board and as an officer, vice-president and president of the Republic PTA. She currently is a member of the Springfield Downtown Association.
Paula received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri.
